Twelve-month programme: 6 months (Semester 1 and 2) at CAC, followed by 6 months internship in Malaysia. The pathway may enable students to pay part of their fees through employment with a salary during the programme, per published rules—confirm with CAC.

Entry requirements

• 16 years and above
• Fully vaccinated
• Be healthy
• MyKad

Candidates who finish Semesters 1 and 2 will be placed in a food and beverage establishment for 6 months internship in Malaysia. Internship allowance depends on the establishment, typically ranging from RM300 to RM1,800 per month.

Award on completion

Students will be awarded the Dual Diplomas — UK London City & Guilds and Diploma in Professional Chef Training.
