Diploma

Twelve-month programmes; yearly intakes January, April, July and October. We can accept ad hoc intakes as well—contact us for enrolment.

Dual Diploma Programme

UK London City & Guilds Diploma L2 Culinary Arts plus Diploma in Professional Chef Training. Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm.

Diploma in Pastry and Bakery

Hotel and catering–focused pastry and bakery production. Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm.

Foundations

Three foundation pathways with yearly intakes in January, April, July and October. We can accept ad hoc intakes as well. Culinary runs six months; Professional Cookery and Pastry & Bakery each run three months. Twelve-month diploma programmes are summarised in the Diploma section above.

Foundation in Culinary

Six months. Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm. Includes a three-month restaurant internship; progression routes to diplomas are in the brochure.

Foundation in Professional Cookery

Three months. Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm. Focused cookery skills—same entry pathway as Foundation in Culinary.

Foundation in Pastry & Bakery

Three months. Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm. Detailed alongside Diploma in Pastry and Bakery in the shared brochure.

Singapore training context

Singapore

One-year pathway with Jobmatch Singapore, R.P.T., and EducareerMY; course fees in Singapore are fully sponsored for eligible candidates, including 100% funded scholarship options via EducareerMY (subject to partner terms). Eligibility and internship details are in the brochure.

Malaysia

Twelve-month programme: 6 months (Semester 1 and 2) at CAC, then 6 months internship in Malaysia. Contact CAC for current course fees. The published pathway may allow you to offset part of fees through employment during the programme. Internship allowance depends on the establishment, typically ranging from RM300 to RM1,800 per month.

Foundation studies in pastry, bakery, culinary and cookery for Study and Work UNHCR card holders

UNHCR Card Holders

Culinary Study & Work pathway for refugees with valid documentation, age 18-25. Includes 6 months training, hands-on kitchen experience, certification, partial sponsorship availability and a 6-12 month work pathway.

Training covers foundation studies in pastry, bakery, culinary and cookery, with full-time and part-time options noted in the source PDF.

Youth Cooking Workshop

For ages 16–18. Saturday sessions run from 9:00am–4:00pm by booking only. Programme is free; a RM50 booking deposit is refunded when you complete the workshop. Up to 15 participants per session.
