Youth Cooking Workshop Programme

Objectives

A half day workshop on cooking, where you get to go through the actual experience of how a fully equipped kitchen functioned, a basic know-how for preparing, seasoning, roasting with an professional oven, baking, and boiling in a real time professional kitchen.

Who ?

If you are a youngster at the age between 16 to 18, you are in luck, our workshop is designed specially for YOU!!

Why ?

To indulge the interest of young talents, to discover the passion in cooking and to encourage passion into action.

What ?

You get to experience the A-Z in culinary process, including preparing the raw ingredients, seasoning, baking, boiling and plating your final dish. Finally, you even get to taste your own creation!!!

When ?

Every Saturday from 0930 to 1300 by booking basis.

Where ?

This workshop will be held at our fully equipped kitchen in our academy.

Registration Fees ?

Best part of this programme, it is absolutely FREE!!! However, we do collect a booking deposit of RM 50.00 where will be refunded when you completed the workshop.
