CAC Care for Graduates

CAC Team will follow up with our graduates 03 months after graduation to check whether graduates are in employment. If graduates are unemployed, our CAC Team will schedule graduates on a job list.

DUAL DIPLOMA PROGRAMME

DIPLOMA IN L2 CULINARY ARTS (uk) AND DIPLOMA IN PROFESSIONAL CHEF TRAINING

This programme will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to underpin the creation, preparation and cooking of local and international cuisines. Food preparation and food service classes are conducted in our purpose-built kitchen to reinforce the learning curve. This creates a realistic work environment.  

DIPLOMA IN PASTRY AND BAKERY

This programme will further equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to underpin the creation and preparation in pastry and bakery. Classes are conducted in our multi-purpose built kitchen to reinforce the learning curve. This creates a realistic work environment. 

Certificate in CULINARY

This programme will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to master the skills in culinary cooking and baking and pastry.

Certificate in Pastry and Bakery

This programme will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to master the skills in baking and pastry to advance their career as a Pastry Chef or a Baker.

Certificate in Cookery

Ideal for aspiring chefs with a passion of cooking, a motivation to excel and dreams of a global career.

Youth Cooking Workshop

A half day workshop on cooking, where you get to go through the actual experience of how a fully equipped kitchen functioned, a basic know-how for preparing, seasoning, roasting with an professional oven, baking, and boiling in a real time professional kitchen.
